City of Lino Lakes - Zoning Ordinance <br />s <br />El <br />[J <br />k. All signing and informational or visual communication <br />devices shall be minimized and shall be in compliance with <br />Appendix C of the City Code. <br />Provisions are made to control and reduce noise. <br />M. No outside storage except as allowed in compliance with <br />Section 3, Subd. 4.R. of this Ordinance. <br />n. Sale of products other than those specifically mentioned in <br />this subdivision be subject to a conditional use permit and be in <br />compliance with Section 2, Subd. 2. of this Ordinance. <br />o. All conditions pertaining to a specific site are subject to <br />change when the Council, upon investigation in relation to a formal <br />request, finds that the general welfare and public betterment can <br />be served as well or better by modifying the conditions. <br />4. Veterinary clinics (with kennels) provided that: <br />a. All areas in which animals are confined are located indoors <br />and are properly soundproofed from adjacent properties. <br />b. Animal carcasses are properly disposed of in a manner not <br />utilizing on -site garbage facilities or incineration and the carcasses <br />are properly refrigerated during periods prior to disposal. <br />C.
