City of Lino Lakes - ZONING ORDINANCE <br />• Lot, Unit. Lots created from the subdivisions of a two family dwelling or <br />quadraminium having different minimum lot size requirements than the <br />conventional base lots within the zoning district. <br />Lot Width. The horizontal distance between the side lot line of a lot measured <br />at the building setback line and parallel to the front lot line. _ <br />Manufactured Home. A manufactured home means a structure, transportable <br />in one or more sections, which in the traveling mode is eight (8) body feet or <br />more in width, or forty (40) body feet or more in length, or, when erected on side, <br />is three hundred twenty (320) or more square feet, and which is built on a <br />permanent chassis and designed to be used as a dwelling with or without <br />permanent foundation when connected to the required utilities, and includes the <br />plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and electrical systems contained therein; <br />except that the term includes any structure which meets all the requirements and <br />with respect to which the manufacturer voluntarily files a certificate required by <br />the Secretary of the United States Department of Housing and Urban <br />Development and complies with the standards established under Minnesota <br />Statute 327 including the Manufactured Home Building Code adopted therein. <br />Manufactured Home Subdivision. A subdivision designed and/or intended for <br />• the sale of lots for residential occupancy by manufactured homes. <br />Manufactured Home Park. Any site, lot, field or tract of land upon which two (2) <br />or more occupied manufactured homes are located, either free of charge or for <br />compensation, and includes any buildings or structures used or intended for use <br />as part of the equipment of the manufactured home park. <br />Manufactured Home Lot. A plot of land for placement of a single manufactured <br />home within a manufactured home park. <br />Medical and Dental Clinic. A structure intended for providing medical and <br />dental examinations and service available to the public. This service is provided <br />without overnight care available. <br />Mobile Homes. A single family detached dwelling unit or other structure <br />designed for year around occupancy constructed at a factory or assembly plant <br />and drawn to the site on a permanently attached undercarriage and wheels. <br />Mobile homes should not include all types of manufactured homes as defined <br />herein. <br />Motel. An establishment providing transient accommodations containing six (6) <br />or more rooms with at least twenty-five (25%) percent of all rooms having direct <br />access to the outside without the necessity of passing through the main lobby of <br />the building. <br />
