Storage is landscaped and screened from view from the <br />public right-of-way. <br />C. Storage area is blacktopped or concrete surfaced unless <br />specifically approved by the City Council. <br />d. The storage area does not take up parking space or loading <br />space as required for conformity to this Ordinance. <br />8. Truck freight transfer stations provided that: <br />a. Vehicular access points shall be located along roadways <br />having sufficient capacity to accommodate the traffic generated by <br />the use and subject to the approval of the City Engineer. <br />b. A drainage system subject to the approval of the City <br />Engineer shall be installed. <br />C. Storage areas are landscaped, fenced and screened from <br />view of neighboring uses, abutting residential zoning districts and <br />public rights -of -way in compliance with Section 3, Subd. 4.S. <br />d. Each light standard base shall be landscaped. <br />e. Vehicular access points shall create a minimum of conflict <br />with through traffic movement and shall be subject to approval of <br />the City Engineer. <br />f. All signing and informational or visual communication <br />devices shall be compliance with the applicable provisions of <br />Appendix C of the City Code. <br />g. Provisions shall be made to control and minimize noise, air <br />and water pollution. <br />h.
