City of Lino Lakes - Zoning Ordinance <br />® SECTION 9. SPECIAL DISTRICTS <br />Subd. 1. PSP, Public and Semi -Public District. <br />A. Purpose. This district is designed and intended to aid in guiding development <br />towards fulfillment of the Comprehensive Plan and to serve the following <br />functions. <br />1. To provide the community with properly located schools, colleges, <br />and health institutions. <br />2. To provide the community with properly located public services and <br />utilities. <br />3. To provide the community with properly located open green space, <br />parks, playgrounds and recreational facilities. <br />4. To relate public and semi-public locations with thoroughfare <br />system. <br />B. Lot and Yard Requirements. <br />1. Minimum Lot Size. <br />a. Sewered Lot. One (1) acre. <br />b. Unsewered Lot. Ten (10) acres in accordance with <br />applicable provisions of Section 3, Subd. 2. of this Ordinance. <br />2. Minimum Lot Wdth. One hundred fifty (150) feet. <br />3. Setbacks. (The greater of the following:) <br />a. From Streets. <br />1) Local Street. Fifty (50) feet. <br />2) Collector or Arterial Street. Fifty (50) feet. <br />b. Front Yard. Fifty (50) feet. <br />C.
