Antenna or dish antenna whose purpose is to receive <br />communication or other signals from orbiting satellites and other <br />extraterrestrial sources. <br />2. A low noise amplifier (LNA) which is situated at the focal point of <br />the receiving component and whose purpose is to magnify and transfer <br />signals. <br />3. A coaxial cable whose purpose is to carry the signals into the <br />interior of the building. <br />Satellite Dish Height. The height of the antenna or dish measured vertically <br />from the highest point of the antenna or dish when positioned for operation, to <br />the top of the foundation which supports the antenna. <br />School. Any building or part thereof which is designed, constructed or used for <br />educational or instruction in any branch of knowledge. <br />School, Parochial. A school supported and controlled by a church or religious <br />Is organization. <br />School, Private. Any building or group of buildings the use of which meets state <br />requirements for primary, secondary, or higher education and which use does <br />not secure the major part of its funding of any governmental agency. <br />Setback. The distance between the property line and the nearest line of a <br />building foundation. <br />Setback Line. That line that is the required minimum distance from the street <br />right-of-way line or any other lot line that establishes the area within which the <br />principal structure must be erected or placed. <br />Shopping Center. An integrated grouping of commercial stores, under single <br />ownership or control. <br />Sign. Any object, device, display or structure, or part thereof, situated outdoors <br />or indoors, which is used to advertise, identify, display, direct or attract attention <br />to an object, person, institution, organization, business, product, service, event <br />or location by any means, including words, letters, figures, design, symbols, <br />fixtures, colors, illumination or projected images. <br />• Sign Area. The entire face of a sign including the advertising surface and any <br />framing, trim or molding, but not including the supporting structure. <br />1- 26 <br />
