City of Lino Lakes - Zoning Ordinance <br />is <br />Subd. 9. Enforcement and Penalties <br />A. Administration and Enforcement. <br />1. This Ordinance shall be administered and enforced by the Zoning <br />Administrator who is appointed by the City Council. The Zoning <br />Administrator may institute in the name of the City of Lino Lakes any <br />appropriate actions or proceedings against a violator as provided by <br />statute, ordinance, or code. <br />2. If the provisions of this Ordinance are being violated, the City shall <br />notify, in writing, the person responsible for such violations, indicating the <br />nature of the violation and ordering the action necessary to correct it. The <br />City shall order discontinuance of illegal use of land, buildings or <br />structures; removal of illegal buildings or structures or of additions, <br />alterations or structural changes thereto; discontinuance of any illegal <br />work being done; or shall take any other action authorized by this Section <br />to insure compliance with or to prevent violation of its provisions. <br />B. Penalties, Violations, and Enforcement. In addition to the remedies set out in <br />the paragraph above, the City may enforce any provisions of this Ordinance by <br />mandamus, injunction, or any other appropriate remedy in any court of <br />competent jurisdiction. <br />0 <br />
