• City of Lino Lakes - ZONING ORDINANCE - <br />e. A garage in residential districts shall not be utilized for business <br />service or industry. Further, not more than one-half of the space <br />may be rented for the private vehicles of persons not residing on <br />the premises. Such garage shall not be used for more than one (1) <br />commercial vehicle. The gross weight rating of such vehicle shall <br />not exceed eleven thousand seventy-five (11,075) pounds. <br />2. Tennis Courts. In all districts, the following standards shall apply to tennis <br />courts: <br />a. A building permit shall be required for all private residential and <br />commercial tennis courts. <br />b. A conditional use permit shall be required for all commercial tennis <br />courts. <br />C. An application for a building permit or a conditional use permit shall <br />include a site plan showing the following along with all required <br />information: <br />+ 1) The size, shape, pavement and sub -pavement materials. <br />2) The location of the court. <br />3) The location of the house, garage, fencing, septic systems <br />and any other structural improvements on the lot. <br />4) The location of structures on all adjacent lots. <br />5) A grading plan showing all revised drainage patterns and <br />finished elevations at the four corners of the court. <br />6) Landscaping and turf protection around the court. <br />7) Location of existing and proposed wiring and lighting <br />facilities. <br />d. Tennis courts shall not be located closer than ten (10) feet to any <br />side and rear lot line. Tennis courts shall not be located within any <br />required front yard or side yard abutting a street. <br />3-13 <br />
