(R, R-X, R-BR, and PSP <br />Districts) <br />1) The combination of accessory building(s) and garage(s) <br />shall not exceed five thousand (5,000) square feet, <br />whichever is least. <br />2) Total allowable accessory building space shall be limited to <br />the following: <br />a. One (1) attached garage and <br />b.
