City of Lino Lakes - ZONING ORDINANCE <br />Accessory Use. A use of land or of a building or portion thereof customarily <br />incidental and subordinate to the principal use of the land or building and located <br />on the same lot with such principal use. <br />Accessory Apartment. An apartment clearly subordinate and accessory to <br />a single family dwelling, consisting of kitchen and cooking facilities, a <br />bathroom, and bedroom area. <br />Addition. A structure added to the original structure at some time after the <br />completion of the original. <br />Adjoining Lot or Land. A lot or parcel of land which shares all or part of a <br />common lot line with another lot or parcel of land. <br />Adult Use Related Terms. <br />1. Adult Uses. Adult uses include adult bookstores, adult motion <br />picture theaters, adult -motion picture theaters, adult massage parlors, <br />adult steam room/boathouse/sauna facilities, adult companionship <br />establishments, adult rap/conversation parlors, adult health/sport clubs, <br />adult cabarets, adult novelty businesses, adult motion picture arcades, <br />adult modeling studios, adult hotels/motels, adult body painting studios, <br />and other premises, enterprises, establishments, businesses or places <br />open to some or all members of the public, at or in which there is an <br />emphasis on the presentation, display, depiction or description of <br />"specified sexual activities" or "specified anatomical areas" which are <br />capable of being seen by members of the public. Activities classified as <br />obscene as defined by Minnesota Statutes 617.241 are not included. <br />a. Specified Anatomical Areas- <br />1 ) Less than completely opaquely covered <br />human genitals, pubic region, buttock anus, or female <br />breast(s) below a point immediately above the top of the <br />areola; and <br />2) Human male genitals in a discernibly <br />turgid state, even if completely and opaquely covered. <br />b. Specified Sexual Activities: <br />1) Actual or simula <br />oral copulation, anal intercourse, <br />bestiality, direct physical stimulation <br />�d sexual intercourse, <br />oral -anal copulation, <br />of unclothed genitals, <br />I- 5 <br />
