All exterior <br />areas not paved or designated as roads, parking, or <br />storage must be planted into ornamental vegetation <br />(lawns, ground covers, or shrubs) unless otherwise <br />approved by the City. <br />c) Turf slopes in excess of three to one (3:1) are <br />prohibited. <br />d) Four (4) inches of black dirt shall be applied to all <br />landscape situations and be thoroughly tilled into the <br />sub -grade to a minimum depth of seven (7) inches. <br />e) All ground areas under the building roof overhand <br />must be treated with a decorative mulch and/or <br />foundation planting. <br />f) All buildings must have an exterior water spigot to <br />insure that landscape maintenance can be <br />accomplished. <br />3-33 <br />
