• <br />• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 20-136 <br />APPROVING PAYMENT NO. 14 AND FINAL FOR THE WEST SHADOW LAKE <br />AREA IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, on October 8, 2018, the City Council passed resolution 18-127, awarding the <br />contract for the West Shadow Lake Area Improvement Project to Geislinger and Sons, Inc. in the <br />amount of $4,940,636.57; <br />WHEREAS, on March 11, 2019, the City Council passed resolution 19-27, approving Change <br />Order No. 1 for additional curb and gutter work in the amount of $41,849.00; <br />WHEREAS, on February 10, 2020, the City Council passed resolution 20-12, approving Change <br />Order No. 2 to extend the project completion date and to subtract $139,983.00 from the contract <br />amount due to design changes; <br />WHEREAS, a complete summary of costs are detailed in Payment No. 14 (Final) where the <br />final Base Bid amount was $4,716,308.40 and the Change Order No. 1 was $41,849.00; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes that Payment <br />Request No. 14 (Final) is approved for a final contract amount of $4,757,957.40. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 23`d day of November, 2020. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Councilmember <br />Cavegn and was duly seconded by Councilmember Lyden and upon vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Cavegn, Lyden, Ruhland, Stoesz, Rafferty <br />The following voted against same: None <br />AT 1'EST: <br />janne Bartell, <br />ity Clerk <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br />
