• <br />• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 20-142 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING QUOTES, AND AWARDING A CONSTRUCTION <br />CONTRACT, 7685 LAKE DRIVE DEMOLITION <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a request for quotes for the construction of the 7685 Lake Drive <br />Demolition, quotes were received, and tabulated: <br />CONTRACTOR TOTAL QUOTE <br />Sauter & Sons, Inc. $14,500.00 <br />Veit $21,950.00 <br />WHEREAS, it appears that Sauter & Sons, Inc. of Ramsey, Minnesota is the lowest responsible <br />bidder; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes that the <br />Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract Sauter & Sons, Inc. for <br />the demolition of the existing property at 7685 Lake Drive in the amount of $14,500.00; <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 23rd day of November, 2020. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Councilmember <br />Lyden and was duly seconded by Councilmember Stoesz and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: Lyden, Stoesz, Ruhland, Cavegn, Stoesz <br />The following voted against same: None <br />ATTEST: <br />Clerk <br />Julianne Bartell, <br />/14' 114yym� <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br />
