4. The City of Hugo will exercise exclusive control of the <br />usage of said bicycle path, and provide the maintenance thereof. <br />5. The Cityfof Hugo will cooperate in attempting to maintain <br />vacant properties on the shoreline of Bald Eagle Lake that are <br />presently not suitable for development. <br />PROVIDED FURTHER, HOWEVER, that the foregoing Resolutions are <br />conditioned upon the modification of existing Washington County <br />and Metropolitan Council Plans relating to Parks and Open Spaces <br />to delete any further reference to acquisition of property in the <br />City of Hugo for Park or Open Space purposes, with exception of <br />additional right -of --way that may be required. <br />ADOPTED AND PASSED THIS DAY OF , 1978' <br />MAYOR <br />ATTEST: <br />CITY CLERK <br />
