b0, to vrl3 EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA. A regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall, City of Lino Lakes at 8:00 o'clock P.M., on the 10th day of October, 1978. The following members were present: Mayor Harvey Karth and Councilmen Richard Kulaszewicz, John McLean, Robert Schneider and Richard Zelinka. and the following members were absent: none * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Councilman McLean introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, has, on its own motion, ordered a hearing to be held to consider the vacation of a drainage and utility easement lying within the corporate limits of ,Lhe City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows, to -wit: An easement, dedicated to the public on the plat of Lakes Addition No. 1, and being described as follows: A drainage and utility easement, 20 feet in width, the center of which is the common line between Lots 21 and 22, Block 4, Lakes Addition No. 1, according to the map or plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the County Recorder in and for Anoka County, Minnesota; and WHEREAS, published notice of the hearing held this loth day of October, 1973, at 9:00 o'clock P.M. at the City Hall in the City of Lino Lakes, was duly made for two weeks, on September 21, 1978 and September 28, 1978, in the Forest Lake Times, and posted notice of said hearing, since September 25, 1978, was duly made, all as required by law, giving legal notice as required by law; and.
