464-5562 <br />City of Lin Lalzeo <br />1189 Main Street <br />Lino Lakes, Minnesota 55014 <br />May 9, 1977 <br />RESOLUTION <br />BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, in order to protect the City's <br />utility system, the Public Works Supervisor, he empowered <br />to make joint inspection, with Plumbing Inspector, of all <br />water and sewer hook ups to the City's system, and that <br />he be given the power to Red Tag such connections not <br />conforming to City Ordinances. <br />The Resolution was introduced by Mr. McLean, duly <br />Seconded by Mr. Zelinka. Motion carried with all members <br />present and all members voting, Aye. <br />I. Edna L, Sarner, Clerk -Treasurer for the City of Lino <br />Lakes, Minnesota, do hereby certify the above Resolution <br />to be a true and exact extract from the minutes of the <br />regular scheduled Council meeting held on May 9, 1977. <br />Edna L.
