JaY.Z7, 1111 <br />464-5562 <br />RESOLUTION <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />1189 Main Street <br />Lino Lakes, Minnesota 55014 <br />BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the City Council of Lino Lakes duly <br />convened in a regular meeting on January 27, 1975, that the City of Lino <br />Lakes opposes the proposed legislation to ban hunting in the seven <br />county Metropolitan area in that this would constitute a discrimantory <br />act against hunters. The recreational views of all people should be <br />recognized and this ban would be discriminating and therefore is in- <br />consistent and capricious. <br />The motion was riade by Mr. Marier, duly seconded by Mr. Zeiinka.
