Village ea .G'r.igo .C°akea <br />1189 Main St. <br />Lino Lakes, Minnesota 55014 <br />RESOLUTION <br />},,t,t ► D ) 1 61 1 3 <br />Whereas, the Village•of Lino Lakes has long registered <br />its objection to the Metropolitan Sewer Service Board cost <br />allocation system for budget years 1971 and 1972, as being <br />unreasonable and inequitable, and <br />Whereas, pursuant to open negotiation, public hearing and <br />formal action, the cost allocation system has been modified <br />for the budget year 1973, and <br />Whereas, the Village of Lino Lakes approves and endorses <br />the 1973 budget cost allocation system as being reasonable and <br />equitable for the metropolitan area, <br />Now, therefore it is hereby Resolved, that the Village of <br />Lino Lakes, by the authority of its Council, join on the side <br />of the defendants, the Metropolitan Council and the Metropolitian <br />Sewer Board, in that certain cause of action brought by the <br />City of Brooklyn Center concerning the 1973 Budget cost <br />allocation'system. <br />Adopted this <br />/D day •of %ic.h:, ,19/ . . <br />t•dLJ1I )-- <br />Willian I.
