EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular Meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, was duly held at the Village Hall in said Village on Monday, the 28th day of February, 1972, at 8:00 o'clock P.M. The following members were present: Mayor William I. Bohjanen, Trustees Ronald J. Jaworski, Donald R. Marier, Maxine M. Swanson and Andrew J. Cardinal who left the meeting at 10:30 p.m. before this motion was introduced. The following members were absent: None. * Councilman Marier moved to approve the action of the previous Council as it relates to granting a franchise to North Central Public Service, and the letter of intent to Circle Pines requiring them to restrict their activities to the area not covered by North Central Public Service's area. The motion was seconded by Councilwoman Swanson. Upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor of the motion: Mayor Bohjanen, Trustees Jaworski, Marier and Swanson. The following voted against the motion: None. Whereupon said motion was declared to be duly passed and adopted. * * * * * * * CERTIFICATION I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk -Treasurer of the Village of Lino Lakes, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have care- fully compared the foregoing extract of minutes of a Regular Meeting of the Village Council of said Village held on February 28, 1972, with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true, and complete transcript therefrom.
