EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular Meeting of the <br />Village Council of the Village of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, was <br />duly held at the Village Hall in said Village on Monday, the 28th day of <br />February, 1972, at 8:00 o'clock P.M. <br />The following members were present: Mayor William I. Bohjanen, Trustees <br />Ronald J. Jaworski, Donald R. Marier, Maxine M. Swanson and Andrew J. Cardinal <br />who left the meeting at 10:30 p.m. before this motion was introduced. <br />The following members were absent: None. <br />* <br />Councilman Marier moved to approve the action of the previous Council as <br />it relates to granting a franchise to North Central Public Service, and the <br />letter of intent to Circle Pines requiring them to restrict their activities <br />to the area not covered by North Central Public Service's area. <br />The motion was seconded by Councilwoman Swanson. <br />Upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor of the <br />motion: Mayor Bohjanen, Trustees Jaworski, Marier and Swanson. <br />The following voted against the motion: None. <br />Whereupon said motion was declared to be duly passed and adopted. <br />* * * * * * * <br />CERTIFICATION <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk -Treasurer <br />of the Village of Lino Lakes, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have care- <br />fully compared the foregoing extract of minutes of a Regular Meeting of the <br />Village Council of said Village held on February 28, 1972, with the original <br />thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true, and complete <br />transcript therefrom. <br />Witness my hand officially as such Clerk -Treasurer and the corporate <br />seal of the Village this 7th day of March, 1972. <br />Jane L.
