From the office of: <br />i 1a9e 4irza 4ale4 <br />Lino Lakes, Minnesota 55014 <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />The following motion was offered by Mayor <br />L'Allier, seconded by Mr. Jaworski and passed <br />unanimously at the Lino Lakes Village Council <br />meeting held on February 22, 1971, to wit: <br />RESOLUTION <br />That the Lino Lakes Village Council go on <br />record favoring the following bills now before the <br />Legislature: <br />1. House File #377, Senate File #279; <br />2. House File #248, Senate File #123; <br />3. House File #433, Senate File #397; <br />and favoring also Proposal Number 15 which would <br />allow correctional officers to assume the power of <br />peace officers in taking escapees from correctional <br />institutions into custody. <br />Ralph M.
