RESOLUTION <br />of the <br />VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES <br />WHEREAS, the speed limit on Main Street in the vicinity of Lino <br />Lakes Elementary School has been set at 40 m.p.h.; and, <br />WHEREAS, the playground of said school is used by neighborhood <br />children after school hours and during the summer months; <br />THEREFORE, be it resolved, the Village of Lino Lakes requests the <br />Anoka County Board of Commissioners to petition the State of Minnesota <br />to again study the Main Street area in the vicinity of Lino Lakes <br />Elementary School and to further reduce the speed limit to 30 m.p.h. <br />Adopted this 8th day of June, 1970 on a motion made by Trustee <br />Cardinal, seconded by Trustee Jaworski, which carried by a unanimous <br />vote. <br />Signed <br />ATTEST: <br />L.
