RESOLUTION <br />Turnback old Trunk Highway No.8 <br />WHEREAS; Trunk Highway No.8 has been rerouted to follow Interstate <br />Highways 35W and 35, and <br />WHEREAS; That portion of old Trunk Highway No.8, located between <br />Trunk Highway No.49 (formerly Trunk Highway No.326) and <br />Northerly and Easterly to Interstate Highway No.35 has <br />been turned back to the jurisdiction of Anoka County, and <br />WHEREAS; It has been declared by the District Engineer that old <br />Trunk Highway No.8 qualifies for County State Aid Highway <br />designation. <br />NOW THEREFOR BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED; that the Anoka County Board of <br />Commissioners hereby accept the turnback of old Trunk <br />Highway No.8, and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED; subject to the approval of the Commissioner <br />of Highways, State of Minnesota, that the Anoka County <br />Board of Commissioners hereby request that the turned back <br />portion of old Trunk Highway No.8 between Trunk Highway <br />No.49 (formerly Trunk Highway No.326) and Northerly and <br />Easterly to Interstate Highway No.35 be designated County <br />State Aid Highway No.23, being 7.61 miles in length. <br />AUDITOR'S CERTIFICATION <br />SEAL <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA) <br />)ss <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />I, Kenneth W.
