ANOKA COUNTY ASSOCIATION OF MUNICIPALITIES <br />1313 Coon Rapids Boulevard <br />Coon Rapids, Minnesota <br />August 6, 1968 <br />To: Municipalities of Anoka County <br />Dear Members: <br />Governor LeVander will, within the next week to ten days, <br />appoint someone to serve on the Metropolitan Transit Commission. <br />to represent Anoka and Washington counties. As you know, Bruce <br />Nawrocki of Columbia Heights has been serving in this position <br />until his term recently expired. <br />It would indeed be a tremendous loss to both Anoka and Washington <br />counties should he not be appointed. <br />The Board of Directors of the Anoka County Association of <br />Municipalities, therefore, urges you to ask your Council to <br />pass a resolution requesting Governor LeVander to appoint <br />Mayor Nawrocki to the Transit Commission. <br />Very truly yours , <br />Jack 0.
