COUNCIL OF <br />LAIC4S,, .74i1i4LSOTit <br />I hereby certify that at a regular meeting of the Village Council <br />of the Village,of Lino Lakes Anoka County, 'irnesota, held on <br />August 22, 1966 member iLoss introduced the following resolution <br />and moved its adOtion: <br />The Village Council of Lino Lakes, Annesots, hereby waives <br />compliance with Ordinance N. 21-A of the Villa7e of Lino <br />Lakes, passed on September 27, 1965, as the follow1ri7 described <br />parcel to wit: <br />South 225 feet of :orthwest Quarter of Southwest quarter of <br />Section 17, Township 31, hange 22, lying West of the centerline <br />of Trunk tighway 'o, S except the Jest 538.56 feet, s-:bject to <br />Trunk Highway No. 8. <br />This waiver ranted as compliance with said Ordinance herein <br />will involve an unnecessary hardship and failure to comply here. <br />in does not interfere with the purdose of such platting remila- <br />tions. <br />The Village clerk is ftereby directea and authorized to issue <br />a certified copy of this resolution for filing with the proper <br />County official. <br />Member LTAllier seconded the same, and the following voted for said <br />resolution: icklin. rd.oss, LTAllier, ,,elinka. and Domning.
