ItAA,G? 2 2, " 7 <br />Form 2521 Rev. <br />RESOLUTI 0 N <br />At a (regular) (special) meeting of the Village Council of the Village <br />of Lino Lakes duly held on the pl ?/da` of19�, the follow- <br />ing Resolution was offered by-J-z <br />seconded by �C.���,R , ; to -wit: <br />WHEREAS the Commissioner of Highways has prepared preliminary <br />plans for the improvement of a part of Trunk Highway Number 390 <br />renumbered as Trunk Highway Number 35E within the corporate limits <br />of the Village of Council from the Frontage Rd, "A" <br />to Anoka Co. Rd. 54 ; and <br />WHEREAS said preliminary plans are on file in the office of the <br />Department of Highways, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and <br />identified as Layout No. 4C (Portion), S.P. 0282-01 (T.H. 35E=390), <br />from Frontaged. "A: o Anoka Co. Rd. 54 <br />and <br />WHEREAS copies of said preliminary plans as so marked, labeled, <br />and identified are also on file in the office of the VillageClerk; and <br />WHEREAS the term "said preliminary plans" as hereinafter used in <br />the body of this resolution shall be deemed and intended to mean, refer <br />to, and to incorporate the preliminary plans as in the foregoing recitals <br />particularly identified and described; <br />NOW, THEN, BE IT RESOLVED that said preliminary plans for the <br />improvement of Trunk Highway Number 390 renumbered Trunk Highway <br />Number 35E within the limits of the Village of Lino Lakes be and <br />hereby are approved. <br />
