Moved by Dave Storberg, Seconded by Delbert Kincade.
On the membership of the Charter Commission, Mary Bunker had moved, Jerry
Hanson was out of town on business, Bernice Juleen was absent, Jan Apitz
was absent, Jim Livingston was absent, as was Mr. John Benson.
Mr. Storberg brought up that individuals who presently hold city office, should
resign their positions before trying to run for another. Jim Flannery suggested
that Dave put his idea down on paper, and bring it to the next charter meeting.
A letter will be sent out to all Charter Commission members to see if they
want to remain on the Commission. If any vacancys are determined, a notice
will be sent to the newspaper in order to fill the vacancy.
The question was called for any new business, none.
A motion was made to adjourn the meeting by Delbert Kincade, seconded by Mr.
Richard Ballig.
Respectfully submitted by
Kay A. Murphy
