CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 20-156 <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2021 WATER AND SEWER OPERATING BUDGETS <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the proposed 2021 Water and Sewer Operating <br />Budgets during their budget work sessions, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council each year adopts the Water and Sewer Operating Budget by <br />resolution. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes, <br />that the following Water and Sewer Operating Budgets for the year 2021 are hereby adopted: <br />Operating Revenues <br />Transfers <br />2021 Water Operating Budget 2021 Sewer Operating Budget <br />$1,241,000 $1,835,000 <br />-0- -0- <br />Total Revenues & Transfers $1,241,000 $1,835,000 <br />Operating Expenses $1,523,918 $2,227,698 <br />Debt Service -0- -0- <br />Total Expenses $1,523,918 $2,227,698 <br />Revenues/Transfers over/ <br />Under Expenses $ (282,918) $ (392,698) <br />Use of Fund Surplus $ 282,918 $ 392,698 <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 14t1 day of December, 2020. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />_ Lyden and was duly seconded by Council Member Cavegn and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Stoesz, Ruhland, Lyden, Cavegn, Rafferty <br />The following voted against same: <br />None <br />afferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />ne Bartell, C ty <br />
