CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 20-160 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br />FOR POEHLING ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved the final plat for Poehling Addition with Resolution <br />No. 20-159 on December 14, 2020; and <br />WHEREAS, the City's subdivision ordinance and conditions of approval require the execution <br />of a development agreement between the Developer and the City of Lino Lakes. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes <br />hereby approves the Development Agreement between Jerome and Mona Poehling and the City <br />of Lino Lakes for Poehling Addition and authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute such <br />agreement on behalf of the City. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 14th day of December, 2020. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />_ Stoesz and was duly seconded by Council Member _ Ruhland and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Stoesz, Ruhland, Lyden, Cavegn, Rafferty <br />The following voted against same: None <br />affertY Mayor <br />Ma or <br />ATTEST: <br />unne Bartell, C ty Cle <br />
