CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 20-147 <br />APPROVING PAYMENT NO. 2 AND FINAL FOR THE 2020 CITY HALL PARKING <br />LOT FOG SEAL PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution 20-39 of the Council adopted April 27, 2020, awarding the <br />contract for the 2020 City Hall Parking Lot Fog Seal Project to Asphalt Surface Technologies <br />Corporation; <br />WHEREAS, a complete summary of costs are detailed in Payment No. 2 (Final); <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes that Payment <br />Request No. 2 (Final) is approved for a final contract amount of $19,842.50. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 14th day of December, 2020. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Cavegn and was duly seconded by Council Member Lyden and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Stoesz, Ruhland, Lyden, Cavegn, Rafferty <br />The following voted against same: None <br />PFe-LA <br />fferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />e Bartell, Ci Cle <br />
