CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 20-152 <br />APPROVING PAYMENT NO. 6 AND FINAL FOR THE EAST CEDAR STREET & 24TH <br />AVENUE/ELMCREST AVENUE NORTH IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, on March 9, 2020 the City Council passed resolution 20-13, awarding the contract <br />for the East Cedar Street & 24th Avenue/Elmcrest Avenue North Improvement Project to North <br />Valley, Inc. in the amount of $700,636.80; <br />WHEREAS, a complete summary of costs are detailed in Payment No. 6 (Final) where the final <br />Base Bid amount was $717,415.63; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes that Payment <br />Request No. 6 (Final) is approved for a final contract amount of $717,415.63. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 14th day of December, 2020. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Lyden and was duly seconded by Council Member _ Cavegn and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Stoesz, Ruhland, Lyden, Cavegn, Rafferty <br />The following voted against same: None <br />-6-1 <br />fferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />
