CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 20-161 <br />RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE RECORDING DATE FOR THE <br />FINAL PLAT OF NATURES REFUGE <br />WHEREAS, review and approvals of plats are governed by Minnesota Statutes and City of Lino <br />Lakes ordinances; and <br />WHEREAS, the final plat for Natures Refuge was approved by the City Council on September <br />14, 2020 with Resolution No. 20-81; and <br />WHEREAS, the City's Subdivision Ordinance Section 1001.059(3) states the developer shall <br />record the plat within 90 days after the date of approval, otherwise the approval of the final plat <br />shall be considered void, unless the developer requests and receives an extension from the City <br />Council; and <br />WHEREAS, the developer, Preferred Builders, Inc. has requested a 90 day extension to record <br />the final plat. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes that <br />the recording date deadline for the final plat and related documents for Natures Refuge has been <br />extended to March 13, 2021. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 14th day of December, 2020. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Lyden and was duly seconded by Council Member — Cavegn and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the follnwina xrn+Prl ;,, favnr thereof: <br />Stoesz, Ruhland, Lyden, Cavegn, Rafferty <br />The following voted against same: <br />None <br />.
