He believes that there is already a conditional use permit for the property <br />21 for his purpose. He has questions and wants to keep the council abreast of the situation. There is <br />22 also an issue with the City and wetlands. Mayor Rafferty asked the City Engineer to contact Mr. <br />23 Stowe on the wetland question. <br />24 SETTING THE AGENDA <br />25 The agenda was amended to remove Item 6C from the agenda, to be considered January 11. <br />26 CONSENT AGENDA <br />27 Councilmember Lyden moved to approve the Consent Agenda, Items lA through I as presented. <br />28 Councilmember Cavegn seconded the motion.
