Update Landscape Plan for 4th addition in accordance with the Kjolhaug <br />Wetland Replacement Plan, dated 12/15/20. <br />2. Update the Overall Landscape Plan and Open Space Restoration and <br />Management Plan in accordance with the Kjolhaug Wetland Replacement <br />Plan, dated 12/15/20. <br />3. Buffer and screen trees west of Wetland 10 may have to be moved to allow <br />for 20 feet of distance between trees and sanitary sewer pipe that runs along <br />20th Avenue. See Engineering comment on this issue. <br />If required, relocation of trees should be coordinated with Kjolhaug staff to <br />ensure that potential wetland replacement plan impacts are in accordance <br />with wetland plans approved by the LGU, Rice Creek Watershed District. <br />4. Increase boulevard tree diversity. There are currently 60 hackberries along <br />Forest Lane and 50 honey locusts along Watermark Way. Replace all <br />boulevard trees on Forest Lane (only 4th addition) with 2 species other than <br />hackberry or maples. One third of the trees on Watermark Way can remain <br />honey locust. The other two thirds should be replaced with two species other <br />than honey locusts or maples. <br />5. Redundant perimeter controls will be needed around wetlands. <br />Environmental
