CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 21-02 <br />AUTHORIZING PREPARATION OF STORM WATER UTILITY <br />FEASIBILITY STUDY <br />WHEREAS, the city has identified the need for a dedicated funding source for storm water <br />related projects and activities to meet ongoing requirements of the National Pollutant Discharge <br />Elimination System program. <br />WHEREA, WSB and Associates, has submitted a proposal to provide professional services to <br />assist the City in determining the feasibility of establishing a Storm Water Utility. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes: <br />That Staff is authorized to enter into a professional services agreement with WSB and Associates <br />for preparation of a Storm Water Utility Feasibility study for the not to exceed amount of <br />$19,800. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this l lth day of January, 2021 <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Councilmember <br />Ruhland and was duly seconded by Councilmember Cavegn and upon vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Stoesz, Ruhland, Lyden, Cavegn, Rafferty <br />The following voted against same: None <br />Rob ferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />e Bartell, ity lerk <br />
