COUNCIL MINUTES <br />APPROVED <br />41 ADMINISTRATION DEPARTMENT REPORT <br />42 3A) Consider Resolution No. 20465, Approving the 2021-2022 Labor Agreement with <br />43 AFSCME, Local No. 2454 — City Administrator Cotton reported that this item requests council <br />44 consideration of the final labor agreement to come forward. This agreement has been voted upon <br />45 by the union members and comes forward with their approval. Ms. Cotton reviewed the basic <br />46 terms of the agreement. Staff is recommending approval. <br />47 Mayor Rafferty suggested it is positive to have a contract in place prior to the expiration of the <br />48 current contract. He thanked Administrator Cotton for her work in getting the labor contracts in <br />49 place in such a timely manner. <br />50 <br />Councilmember <br />Cavegn moved to approve Resolution No. 20-165 <br />as presented. Councilmember <br />51 <br />Stoesz seconded <br />the motion.
