CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 21-04 <br />AUTHORIZING THE CONVEYANCE OF LAND (PARK, OAKS OF LINO) TO <br />ADJACENT PROPERTY OWNERS <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of Lino Lakes adopted Ordinance No. 01-21 on January <br />25, 2021 vacating property legally described as Park, Oaks of Lino; and <br />WHEREAS, the City intends to convey via quit claim deeds two (2) strips of land 7.5 <br />feet in width to the adjacent property owners (Lot 1, Block 1 and Lot 1, Block 2, Oaks of <br />Lino) as depicted on Exhibit A. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of The City of Lino <br />Lakes authorizes execution and conveyance of quit -claim deeds to the adjacent property <br />owners. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 25th day of January, 2021. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council <br />Member and was duly seconded by Council Member <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />The following voted against same: <br />ATTEST: <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br />
