CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 21-05 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT FOR CHANNEL <br />CROSSING, NATURE'S REFUGE, BETWEEN RICE CREEK WATERSHED <br />DISTRICT AND CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />WHEREAS, the Nature's Refuge Development project includes a roadway crossing over Anoka <br />County Ditch 10-22-32 and the installation of a culvert to maintain channel flow; and <br />WHEREAS, the channel crossing is subject to the requirements of the Rice Creek Watershed <br />District; and <br />WHEREAS, the Rice Creek Watershed District Board of Managers conditionally approved <br />permit no. 17-122 for the project subject to the execution a maintenance agreement between the <br />City and the Watershed District. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes <br />executes the Maintenance Agreement Channel Crossing between the Rice Creek Watershed <br />District and City of Lino Lakes. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 25th day of January, 2021. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />and was duly seconded by Council Member and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />The following voted against same: <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />
