ATTACHMENT A <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 01-21 <br />AN ORDINANCE VACATING PARK, OAKS OF LINO <br />Section 1: Findings <br />The City Council of Lino Lakes has determined to vacate the parcel legally described as Park, <br />Oaks of Lino; and <br />A public hearing was held on January 11, 2021 before the City Council in the City Hall Council <br />Chambers after due published and posted notice had been given and reasonable attempts were <br />made to give personal notice to all affected property owners, and all persons interested were <br />given an opportunity to be heard; and <br />Section 2: Effect <br />This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and publication according <br />to the Lino Lakes City Charter and upon recording of the Park Vacation. <br />Passed by the Lino Lakes City Council on January 25, 2021. <br />This is a summary of the adopted ordinance.
