CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 21-08 <br />APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION SERVICES CONTRACT <br />2021 STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the City Council awarding a construction contract to T.A. Schifsky & <br />Sons, Inc. in the amount of $2,180,005.23, on February 8, 2021 ; and <br />WHEREAS, WSB and Associates has submitted a proposal to complete the construction <br />services for the 2021 Street Improvement Projects in the amount of $111,188.00; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it would be in the best interests of the city to proceed with <br />the construction oversight and administration, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, the <br />Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with WSB, in the name <br />of the City of Lino Lakes for the construction services of 2021 Street Improvement Projects. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 8th day of February, 2021. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Stoesz and was duly seconded by Council Member _ Cavegn and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Cavegn, Stoesz, Lyden, Rafferty <br />The following voted against same: <br />None (Absent - Ruhland) <br />ATTEST: <br />Juia . e Bartell, C.
