The <br />following tables describe the roles and qualifications of your engagement team members. <br />Client Liaison Terri Heaton, CIPMA, Principal <br /> <br />Qualifications: Terri Heaton serves clients in the upper <br />Midwest, assisting them in attaining their financial goals through <br />effective public finance, economic and housing development, <br />operational and structural alignment, investment strategies and <br />developing strong human resource teams. She has more than 30 <br />years of experience in local government finance and economic <br />development. Terri has assisted issuers in developing unique and <br />complex financings using tax increment, abatement, conduit debt, <br />tax credits and other funding structures to build a capital stack for <br />public and private development. Terri has assisted in the issuance <br />of more than 500 bond issues to finance government facilities, roads <br />and streets, utilities, economic development projects, housing, <br />hospitals, theaters, community centers, civic centers, airports, <br />transportation systems and park and recreation amenities. Terri is a <br />Past President of the National Association of Municipal Advisors <br />(NAMA) and a Minnesota Institute of Public Finance Board <br />member. She is a Certified Independent Professional Municipal <br />Advisor and is also MSRB Municipal Advisor Series 50 Qualified. <br />Lead Client <br />Service Contact Nicholas Dragisich, P.E., Firm Director <br /> <br />Qualifications: Nick is team leader for Baker Tilly’s financial <br />management practice. He has more than 30 years of management <br />experience, including service as a city administrator, assistant <br />city manager and city engineer.
