Cost <br />Additional work <br />Should the City of Lino Lakes request and authorize additional work outside the scope of <br />services described in our proposal we would invoice the City at either our standard hourly <br />fees or at an agreed upon fee based on the additional scope requested. Additional work <br />includes work outside the scope of services as described in this work plan including, but <br />not limited to: <br />− Work related to a special request <br />− Additional meetings or presentations <br />− Additional city utilities for comparison purposes <br />− Project delays exceeding four weeks attributable to the City <br /> <br /> Title Hourly Rate <br />Principal, Partner, Firm Director $320 <br />Senior Manager, Director $270 <br />Manager, Senior Staff $225 <br />Staff $165 <br />Support $80
