Review Regular Agenda of February 8 , 2021 — <br /> 15 <br /> 16 Item 1D — Charter Commission Budget — Mayor Rafferty noted the state law change that <br /> 17 precedes this amendment to the commission ' s budget. It was discussed at the work <br /> 18 session . <br /> 19 <br /> 20 Item 3A — Appointment of Paid On- Call Firefighter — Public Safety Director Swenson <br /> 21 reviewed Mr. McReavy' s qualifications . <br /> 22 <br /> 23 Item 4A — Counseling Service Contract — Public Safety Director Swenson explained that <br /> 24 this is intended to be a service that is proactive in assisting officers . Other departments <br /> 25 are utilizing these services more and more . <br /> 26 <br /> 27 There was discussion about the possibility of having things such as speakers for all the <br /> 28 staff. The council expressed support . <br /> 29 <br /> 30 Item 6A — Notice of Intent on Street Reconstruction Bonds — Community <br /> 31 Development Director Grochala explained that this is a technical action required as the <br /> 32 City moves forward with plans for a 2021 Street Reconstruction Project. <br /> 33 <br /> 34 Item 6B — 2021 Street Improvement Project — City Engineer Hankee reviewed the <br /> 35 elements of this year' s proposed 2021 Street Improvement Project, including planning to <br /> 36 go forward with the alternates that were included in the bid process . <br /> 37 <br /> 38 The meeting was adjourned at 6 : 20 p .m . <br /> 39 <br /> 40 These minutes were considered, corrected and approved at the regular Council meeting held on <br /> 41 February 22 , 2021 . <br /> 42 <br /> 43 <br /> 44 Julia e Bartell , City Clerk Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br /> 1 <br />
