SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />The level of our involvement will include the following Scope of Services (“Basic Services”). Naturally, the scale <br />and scope of our efforts depends upon a Client’s needs, a clear understanding of our responsibilities and upon <br />the deliverables required. If we have misinterpreted your needs, please let us know and we will make the <br />necessary adjustments to this Proposal. <br /> 1. Project Management (Phase 60): <br /> <br />Landform will: <br />a. Schedule a kickoff meeting with city staff to review the project scope and schedule, establish priorities and <br />confirm deliverables. Landform will meet monthly with City Staff. <br />b. The scope of work is based on the items in the “New Revisions Log – 01-06-21” provided by City staff on <br />January 25, 2021. <br /> <br />Deliverables: <br />• Project and work plan schedule <br />• Twelve meetings with staff <br />• Outline of draft Land Development and Zoning Regulations for staff approval <br /> 2. Prepare the Zoning Ordinance and Zoning Map Update (04): <br /> <br />Landform will: <br />a. Hold a kickoff meeting with P&Z Board to review the purpose of the PUD and identify priority updates. <br />b. Prepare draft PUD standards. <br />c. Present to staff and revise as requested. <br />d. Meet with P&Z Board to review proposed changes to the General Provisions section. <br />e. Prepare draft revisions to Administration and General Provisions sections. <br />f. Present to staff and revise as requested. <br />g. Present draft of sections 1-3 to P& Z Board for review and comments. <br />h. Present draft to City Council at a work session for review and comment. <br />i. Prepare draft revisions to District Provisions, Rural Districts, Residential Districts. <br />j. Present to staff and revise as requested. <br />k. Meet with P&Z to review draft of sections 4-6. <br />l. Prepare draft revisions to Business Districts and Special Districts sections. <br />m. Present to staff and revise as requested. <br />n. Meet with P&Z to review draft of sections 7-9. <br />o. Prepare revisions to Title/Applications section (definitions). <br />p. Present to staff and revise as requested. <br />q. Present draft to P& Z Board for review and comments. <br />r. Present draft to City Council at a work session for review and comment. <br />s. Prepare Zoning Map Update. <br />t. Provide first draft of Complete Update for staff review and comment. <br />u. Complete one round of edits and finalize document. <br />v. Prepare staff report and attend the P&Z Board public hearing to present information. <br />w. Prepare staff report and attend the City Council meetings to present information. <br /> <br />Deliverables: <br />• Present draft sections at two key checkpoints for review <br />• Prepare final staff report and ordinance/map updates for adoption <br />• Present at seven P&Z meetings (including the public hearing) <br />• Present at three Council work sessions and one Council meeting
