All fees, charges and escrow related to the preliminary or final plat have been paid <br />in full. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes hereby <br />approves Bald Eagle Addition Final Plat subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. The driveway to the third stall garage on 202 Elm Street shall be hard surfaced in <br />accordance with City Code on or before June 1, 2021. <br />a. A Zoning Permit is required. <br />2. The new house proposed on Lot 2, Block 1, Bald Eagle Addition is required to <br />connect to municipal water and sanitary services. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes hereby <br />approves Bald Eagle Addition Final Plat subject to the following items being addressed <br />prior to release of the mylars: <br /> <br />1. The Development Agreement shall be approved by the City Council, executed <br />and recorded against the property. <br />a. Securities and fees shall be paid. <br />2. Any comments from the City Engineer letter dated January 25, 2021 shall be <br />addressed. <br />3. Any comments from the Environmental Coordinator letter dated January 25, 2021 <br />shall be addressed. <br />4. A written agreement signed by John Gratten, future owner of the existing single <br />family home located at 202 Elm Street, allowing Bald Eagle Builders’ contractors <br />on the property to install improvements as detailed in the Development <br />Agreement including but not limited to the driveway to third stall garage and <br />storm sewer pipe. <br />5. Title Commitment and Final Plat: <br />a. The title commitment shall be updated. <br />b. Mortgage consents to record the final plat and Development Agreement <br />shall be executed. <br />6. Sheet 2, Preliminary Plat: <br />a.
