Motion was <br />supported by Mr. Evenson. Motion carried 6 – 0. Chair Tralle abstained. <br /> <br />VII. OPEN MIKE <br /> <br />Chair Tralle declared Open Mike at 6:40 p.m. <br /> <br />There was no one present for Open Mike. <br /> <br />Mr. Laden made a MOTION to close Open Mike at 6:40 p.m. Motion was supported by <br />Mr. Wipperfurth. Motion carried 6 – 0. Chair Tralle abstained. <br /> <br />VIII. ACTION ITEMS <br /> <br />A. Bald Eagle Addition Final Plat <br /> <br />Ms. Larsen, City Planner, presented the staff report. <br /> <br />The applicant, Bald Eagle Builders, Inc., submitted a land use application for a final <br />plat for Bald Eagle Addition. The applicant proposes to subdivide the existing <br />parcel located at 202 Elm Street into two (2) single family lots for the purpose of <br />constructing one (1) new single family home. The lot is 1.06 gross acres (46,132 sf). <br /> <br />Staff recommended approval of Bald Eagle Addition Final Plat subject to conditions <br />listed in the staff report. <br /> <br />Board Comments <br /> <br />Chair Tralle asked if the conditions established by the Board were met by the <br />applicant. <br /> <br />Ms. Larsen confirmed the conditions were met. <br /> <br />Mr. Vojtech questioned if there was any further discussion regarding the driveway <br />expansion. <br /> <br />Ms. Larsen explained a condition was made to pave the driveway in front of the third <br />stall garage by June 30th and the applicant agreed to such terms. The condition will <br />be listed on the resolution approving the final plat and in the development <br />agreement. <br /> <br />Mr. Root made a MOTION to recommend approval of Bald Eagle Addition Final <br />Plat subject to conditions listed in the staff report. Motion was supported by Mr. <br />Laden. Motion carried 6 – 0. Chair Tralle abstained.
