Planning & Zoning Board February 10, 2021 Page 2 APPROVED MINUTES VI. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Mr. Root made a MOTION to approve the January 13th meeting minutes. Motion was supported by Mr. Evenson. Motion carried 6 – 0. Chair Tralle abstained. VII. OPEN MIKE Chair Tralle declared Open Mike at 6:40 p.m. There was no one present for Open Mike. Mr. Laden made a MOTION to close Open Mike at 6:40 p.m. Motion was supported by Mr. Wipperfurth. Motion carried 6 – 0. Chair Tralle abstained. VIII. ACTION ITEMS A. Bald Eagle Addition Final Plat Ms. Larsen, City Planner, presented the staff report. The applicant, Bald Eagle Builders, Inc., submitted a land use application for a final plat for Bald Eagle Addition. The applicant proposes to subdivide the existing parcel located at 202 Elm Street into two (2) single family lots for the purpose of constructing one (1) new single family home. The lot is 1.06 gross acres (46,132 sf). Staff recommended approval of Bald Eagle Addition Final Plat subject to conditions listed in the staff report. Board Comments Chair Tralle asked if the conditions established by the Board were met by the applicant. Ms. Larsen confirmed the conditions were met. Mr. Vojtech questioned if there was any further discussion regarding the driveway expansion. Ms. Larsen explained a condition was made to pave the driveway in front of the third stall garage by June 30th and the applicant agreed to such terms. The condition will be listed on the resolution approving the final plat and in the development agreement. Mr. Root made a MOTION to recommend approval of Bald Eagle Addition Final Plat subject to conditions listed in the staff report. Motion was supported by Mr. Laden. Motion carried 6 – 0. Chair Tralle abstained.
