• CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO.21-14 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br /> FOR BALD EAGLE ADDITION <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council approved the final plat for Bald Eagle Addition with Resolution <br /> No. 21-13 on March 8, 2021; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City's subdivision ordinance and conditions of approval require the execution <br /> of a development agreement between the Developer and the City of Lino Lakes. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes <br /> hereby approves the Development Agreement between Bald Eagle Builders, Inc. and the City of <br /> Lino Lakes for Bald Eagle Addition and authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute such <br /> agreement on behalf of the City. <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 8th day of March, 2021. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Councilmember <br /> • Cavegn and was duly seconded by Council Stoesz and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br /> following voted in favor thereof: Ruhland, Lyden, Cavegn, Stoesz, Rafferty <br /> The following voted against same: None <br /> i t2-4.0-n1N-ff <br /> Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br /> AT PEST: <br /> e Bartell, Ci Clerk <br /> • <br />
