• <br /> CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 21-15 <br /> .4111 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES PROPOSAL WITH <br /> LANDFORM PROFESSIONAL SERVICES,LLC FOR <br /> ZONING ORDINANCE AND MAP UPDATES <br /> WHEREAS,the City of Lino Lakes adopted the 2040 Comprehensive Plan on November 9, <br /> 2020; and <br /> WHEREAS, in accordance with Minnesota Statutes §473.864 and §473.865 of the Metropolitan <br /> Land Planning Act,the City is required to review its official controls and amend, as necessary, <br /> any that conflict the plan; and <br /> WHEREAS,Landform Professional Services, LLC has submitted a proposal to assist the City <br /> with these amendments and updates; and <br /> NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes, <br /> that the Professional Services Proposal for Zoning Ordinance and Map Update is hereby <br /> approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized execute the agreement for services <br /> with Landform Professional Services,LLC on behalf of the City. <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 8th day of March,2021. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Councilmember <br /> Stoesz and was duly seconded by Councilmember Cavegn and upon vote being taken thereon, <br /> the following voted in favor thereof: Ruhland, Lyden, Cavegn, Stoesz, Rafferty <br /> The following voted against same:None <br /> Rafferty, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> �ii 'a ne Bartell, Ci Clerk • <br />
