4110 CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> COUNTY OF ANOKA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 21-22 <br /> APPROVING A PEDDLER LICENSE FOR PRO STAR TREE CARE <br /> WHEREAS,Pro Star Tree Care has submitted a peddlers license application to the city clerk's <br /> office; and <br /> WHEREAS,Pro Star Tree Care has complied with all of the provisions of Chapter 613 of the <br /> Lino Lakes City Code for obtaining the necessary license for a for-profit business; and <br /> WHEREAS,Pro Star Tree Care has filed a Preparedness Plan with the City Clerk's office. <br /> WHEREAS,a background check on the company representative Randy Lust has been <br /> completed by the Public Safety Department in the past 12 months; <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the Lino Lakes City Council hereby approves <br /> the request of Mr. Randy Lust, owner of Pro Star Tree Care to sell services door to door for a <br /> period of six-months. <br /> 411 Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 8th day of March, 2021 <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Councilmember <br /> Ruhland and was duly seconded by Councilmember Lyden and upon vote being taken thereon, <br /> the following voted in favor thereof: Ruhland,Lyden, Cavegn, Stoesz, Rafferty <br /> The following voted against same: None <br /> /14' t2-4.1` n.# 11 <br /> Ro Rafferty,Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Juh e Bartell, City Jerk <br />
