CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> COUNTY OF ANOKA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 21-23 <br /> APPROVING A PEDDLER LICENSE FOR XFINITY/COMCAST <br /> WHEREAS,Xfinity/Comcast has submitted a peddlers license application to the city clerk's <br /> office; and <br /> WHEREAS,Xfinity/Comcast has complied with all of the provisions of Chapter 613 of the <br /> Lino Lakes City Code for obtaining the necessary license for a for-profit business; and <br /> WHEREAS,Xfinity/Comcast has filed a Preparedness Plan with the City Clerk's office. <br /> WHEREAS, a background check on the company representative Sounontha Yabandith has been <br /> completed by the Public Safety Department in the past 6 months; <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the Lino Lakes City Council hereby approves <br /> the request of Mr. Sounontha Yabandith, of Xfinity/Comcast to sell services door to door for a <br /> period of six-months. <br /> tAdopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 8th day of March,2021 <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Councilmember <br /> Ruhaldn and was duly seconded by Councilmember Lyden and upon vote being taken thereon, <br /> the following voted in favor thereof: Ruhland,Lyden, Cavegn, Stoesz,Rafferty <br /> The following voted against same: None <br /> Rafferty,Mayor <br /> AT 1'EST: <br /> is ne Bartell, Ci Clerk <br /> • <br />
