Canopy cover standards have not been met. More trees will be required. More <br /> trees added. <br /> Canopy Cover <br /> Canopy cover standards call for a minimum of 40% canopy coverage. Canopy coverage <br /> values are calculated per tree based on the anticipated size 15 years after planting, and the <br /> distance to hardscape edge from the planting location. <br /> Vehicular hardscape planned: 34,''� 34,310 sq ft <br /> Canopy cover requirement: 13,724 sq ft <br /> Canopy cover provided: 8-0-675-,q-ft 13,300 sq ft <br /> Canopy cover requirements have not been met.
