CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO.21-25 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING WATERMARK CITY PARK OPERATIONS AN D <br /> MAINTENANCE AND STORMWATER RE-USE AGREEMENT <br /> WHEREAS,on April 12,2021 the City Council passed Resolution No. 21-20 approving <br /> Watermark 4th Addition PUD Final Plan/Final Plat; and <br /> WHEREAS,a condition of approval requires the execution of a City Park Operations and <br /> Maintenance and Stormwater Re-Use Agreement between the Developer and the City of Lino <br /> Lakes. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes <br /> hereby approves the City Park Operations and Maintenance and Stormwater Re-Use Agreement <br /> between US Home Corporation and the City of Lino Lakes for Watermark and authorizes the <br /> Mayor and City Clerk to execute such agreement on behalf of the City. <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 12th day of April, 2021. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Councilmember <br /> Stoesz,was duly seconded by Councilmember Ruhland and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br /> following voted in favor thereof: Stoesz, Ruhland, Cavegn, Lyden, Rafferty <br /> The following voted against same: None <br /> <7 1 '• 4t t \ <br /> Rob Rafferty,Mayor r <br /> ATTEST: <br /> u i nne Bartell, Ci Cler <br />
